• Health and nutrition data: Food logs, macro targets, weight entries, fasting sessions, and electrolyte tracking data that you enter into the App.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for app functionality.
• Subscription information: Purchase history and subscription status managed through Apple App Store and RevenueCat.

• To provide and maintain the App and its features.
• To personalise your experience, including macro targets and meal suggestions.
• To process and manage your subscription.

4. Data Storage

Your health and nutrition data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Account authentication is handled securely by Clerk. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties.

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Clerk — Authentication and account management.
• RevenueCat — Subscription and purchase management.
• Apple App Store — Payment processing for subscriptions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Subscription management, including cancellation and refunds, is handled through your Apple ID account settings. Please refer to Apple's terms for payment-related policies.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at the email address below.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.
